After completing all the process of examination there are minimum 6 month time is taken by the department for making file and send it to department where you will join.
For this information you should contact from SSC personally or telephone no. given on the website. If your file sended to SSB then you have to contact SSB, not to SSC.

It will take some time for SSC to complete all the procedures.
