To crack SSC Combined Graduate level exam follow the below rules:
1). Think positive that you can and you will crack SSC CGL Tier 1 with very good marks.Set your target that you should score minimum 130 marks in Tier-1.
2). Make a time-table of your everyday routine and try to devote at least 6 hours daily to studies.
3). Then allocate these 6 hours in all the subjects of Tier 1 exam.
Tier 1 has 4 subjects:
i) General Intelligence
ii) General Awareness
iii) Quantitative Aptitude
iv) English Language
4). Devote 2 hours on the subject in which you feel that you are weak and give 1 hour to other 3 subjects.

7). Set your target such that you complete your syllabus 2 weeks prior to your exam date of Tier 1 and just revise and solve as many previous exam papers as you can.
8). After giving Tier-1 exam, don't wait for its result and keep revising maths and English daily because results can take up to a month to arrive and you will loose 1 month preparation if you keep waiting for results.
9). In Tier-2,there are 2/3 papers.These are:
i). Quantitative Methods
ii). English Language & Comprehension

10). Competition is very tough in Tier-2 so devote minimum 2 hours each on every subject and again keep working on your speed.Aim to score minimum 300 marks in Tier-2 if you want a post of your choice.
