why not. all the parts have qualifying marks.you have to get at least that marks.
if you thought that you got more marks only some parts then you are not qualify in the exam

Hello,

The merit list is based on the aggregate of all the four sections.

But to get good or qualifying exams you just can't depend on just one section.

Prepare for every section,yes there is no such criteria of getting least marks in a particular section.

if somebody gets 130 - 140 in three sections, and only 5-10 in the fourth section in CGL tier 1, Will he qualify????
