Hello Friend !!
Note :
Every Year, the 11% of Total Vacancies in SSC CGL Exam are reserved/allotted to Physically Handicapped Students.
So it depends on the No. of Vacancies in the year.
For e.g if there are 110 posts in an year then 11 out of them are for Physically Handicapped Students.
But in order to apply for these Posts, you must be SPECIFIC while filling the Application Form of SSC CGL.

It is not possible to say anything about the vacancies available.
In the notification SSC usually don't mention anything about the number of vacancies.
It can be known only once the final list is published.
Don't worry about the vacancies, just prepare hard and do well in the examination.

Dear aspirant,
-->> SSC never declares the total number of vacancies available in their advertisement or before the exam.
-->> It only declares it before the final list of selected candidates is out.
-->> But as per tweet of SSC Chief the no. of vacancies for CGL 2012 is going to around 12000.
-->> Out of this around 10-11% are reserved for Physically handicapped candidates.
-->> So it means that there will be around 1200 vacancies all over India for Physically handicapped candidates.

Dear Member,
It is very hard to predict the exact number of vacancies available.
Every year thousands of senior employee gets retire from their post.
so the vacancies will be vary according to the number of employees retiring, number of new vacancies are generated etc etc.
so scenario changes every year.
SSC never discloses the number of vacancies anywhere in their advertisement.
You only need to concentrate on your exam right now forget everything.
Study Hard for the examination and give your full dedication to your preparation.
If you give your 100% than I am sure you will get selected.
All The Best friend.
Regards.

Dear..
Nobody can tell you the exact number of vacancies available for PH candidates but you can have a rough idea as this year probably the total number of post are 12000 and if we consider 11% which is a figure for PH candidate then the amount will go the 1320. Nobody can tell you the exact figure but it should be near to 1320.
Final figures of vacancies available will be out at the time of final result and then the candidate having the maximum marks will get the post and job.
I hope i have answered your query
Cheers...!!!
