There is no restriction in attempts in SSC until u have eligibility in age u can apply for ssc exams, except CSS in CGL, in CSS you cannot apply more than 3 times.

But take care in your age criteria just. I give you the age criteria of all exam------------- age limit : 18-27 years. Age relaxation is provided to some reserved categories & ex-serviceman. For, obc candidate: 3 years. St & sc candidate: 5 years. Ex-serviceman ( general category) :5 years. Ex-serviceman (obc candidate):5+3 years ex-serviceman (st & sc candidate) : 5+5 years.

Only you have to completeof graduation is necessary for graduate level exams and no percentage is required.
there are matric & secondary levels exams are also held by SSC.
