My Dear Aspirant English is very important

subject for all competitive exams whether it is bank or ssc

or even upsc exam . In all competitive exams specially in ssc common graduate level exam

It carry in both tier i and in tier ii 250 marks out of 700 .

On the other hand it carry almost 50 marks

But Dear here is some books for English :

My Dear R.S Aggarwal book is best and enough for english preparation

And on the other hand you can even go for S.P Bakshi book

Or even can go for Upkar publications english book

Or can purchase arihant publications book too

But if you want to be good in english then you need to do regular practice

And try to increase your word knowledge

If you are not much confident about the basics then I would suggest you to follow Wren and Martin's- High School English Grammar book.This will help you to make your fundamental knowledge strong.

For SSC's English portion which carries 50marks I would suggest you to buy RS Agarwal or Kiran publication book.It consists of extensive practice papers which will help you to perform better in the exam hall within time limit.
